With our backs to the theater, we walked into the shopping center. The building on the right contains a supermarket but it was not open yet. So, we walked on passed it toward the area in the middle of the picture.
In a little open area just past the supermarket, we found a Christmas tree, in spite of the fact that it was only Thanksgiving Day in the US.
There was a sitting area with tables and chairs, so we decided to wait there.
A lot of people came by, some apparently going through the center to another place and some going to one of the stores to report for work.
