This blog will continue show the photos that I take as I live and vacation in Japan. I particularly love to walk and have a strong interest in Buddhism and Shinto so I will be showing the temples, shrines and other interesting things that I discover.

Still at Hachimangu
This is the altar building. The little man is on the other side.
Looking around in the trees, I found this stele which seemed to have lost the top part.
Hidden under the low hanging branches was another stele containing the name of the shrine.
