A tower on a hill

 I came around a corner and saw a large building just outside the park grounds.

 In front of the building and within the park grounds there was a large playground. The building seemed to be a large apartment building which was on the far side of a road that ran between it and the park.

Behind me when I took the previous picture, I could just make out a tower of some sort so I left the lakeside path and started up the hill that stuck out into the lake. As I neared the peak, the tower suddenly came into to full view.
