Christmas is interesting here. It is completely secular but stores and public places play Christmas carols starting from early November and there are Christmas trees and decorations everywhere. Some private homes even decorate with lights. Also it is a date night for young people and the restaurants do a booming business. As I said before, my wife and I had a fantastic Christmas lunch at our favorite Chinese/French restaurant.
