Still walking

This is the inside of the metal shop I showed yesterday. The brown thing on the left is a very vicious looking dog, who did not like me stopping to take pictures.
This started out as a small shopping center but now the building straight ahead contains race tracks for model cars and the one on the left has also sorts of models and hobbies. It is fun to go in an browse.
This is near my condo (which is a few hundred meters off to the right). This stream enters the river that flows by my place. Apparently some of the bank collapsed during the earthquakes and is finally being repaired. To do it they had to build a temporary road from the top down to the surface of the stream.
This is looking at it from the other end. You can see the temporary road on the right and blue tarps covering the damage on the left. The concrete structure is a control that allows the door at the end of a drainage tunnel to be opened and closed.
At the point where the stream and the river meet, this man was having a lazy day of fishing.
The plants in the foreground are used in ikebana, flower arrangement, and cost a lot if you have to buy them in a flower shop. Here they are growing wild.
