Sendai Station and then walking home 13

This is another of the many motorcycle shops along this stretch of road. I have yet to see a motorcycle shop close, so I guess that young people are getting motorcycles and motor scooters instead of cars because of everyone's lack of money. This building, the one with the orange tile roof, is a police station. The black and white car parked next to it is a typical police car. The second floor has beds and a bath so that when they need to someone can stay there over night. However, it is often empty because the assigned men (no women are assigned to this sort of station) are out on patrol.
This is a restaurant with the name bikkuri donkii, which means surprised donkey in English. I will leave it to you to figure out which word is which in Japanese.
A little further down the road there is a large building that contains sporting facilities. I have seen signs that say they have indoor tennis lessons and games, also 5-man soccer and other sports. In my next post I will show some of the entrance way because it is quite unusual. By the way the rectangular structure with the red splotches is a fire hydrant to which they can attach 12 hoses.
