This is near Yaotome Station. The large structure in the back is a new apartment building and the house in the front lost many of its roof tiles, which are now being replaced.
This is on the grounds of my condo complex. Each building has a bicycle storage area and this is the one for my building. The thing that I find interesting is that half of it has two levels. The top level is easily lowered by pulling on it and it has a guide for the tires and a brace to hold the bike upright.
Some pretty flowers near the gate to the riverside path.
I have shown this crack a few times before when there was little change. However, someone has shoveled some of the dirt down into the crack so that it is no longer just an open hole.
I have also shown this area a few times. However, here nothing much has been done since they built the temporary road. They are working on it but not every day and any progress is not at all apparent.
This is near Izumi Chuo. I was really surprised to find this hole in the sidewalk. The empty space under the pavement was very large. If we have a lot of rain during the rainy season, this could become a serious hole.
This is in Izumi Chuo Station. I have also shown these stairs before. The support in the middle was seriously damaged and the glass wall at the back of the first landing was completely destroyed. They are now working on strengthening the support and replacing the outer tiles.
