Odds and ends at home

The flight path for the Fukuoka airport is normal a few kilometers to the northeast of my apartment, but a couple of days ago a plane came by so that I could see it out my window. It was so close that it fill more than a third of this window. Normally the planes are off to the left.
Trash is sorted here and collected at different times, so we have to have three trash cans. The blue one is for PET bottles that are collected and recycled. The red one is for burnable trash. This is collected twice a week. And the gray one is for cans and bottles that are also recycled.
This is the beautiful view from the end of our balcony. It is to the left in the first picture. You probably can not see it but a Shinkansen train is passing on the tracks, the horizontal white line. The normal flight path for the planes is in this direction and the planes are usually far enough away that they disappear completely behind the telephone pole.
Looking straight down from the same spot, you can see out parking space. We don't have a car but the space comes with the apartment. The white fence is along the edge of a very small canal that carries rain water to the rice paddies or to the river, I am not sure which since it goes underground here.
Again from the same spot, you can see the garden across the street and in the distance the area around the station.
