My wife and I went into Fukuoka city to visit Mr Kato at the hospital where I had my operation. Mr Kato was in the bed next to me and we became very friendly. He finally had his operation and was only a couple of days away from being released. On the way we stopped in the Hakata Station Building and had lunch at a Thai restaurant. This is a different restaurant. I took it on my way out of the Men's Room.

This is the nearest large intersection to the hospital. The interest thing is that my wife worked here more than forty years ago and the building is still here. It is the fourth one on the other side of the road, the four story building.
